Judy Brown is a Professor of Law Emerita at Northeastern Law School, where she was a faculty member for thirty years.  She has taught and written extensively about the United States Constitution and the Supreme Court.  Her scholarly interests include the First and Fourteenth Amendments, federalism, separation of powers, and theories of constitutional interpretation.
